How do I book you?

Get in touch with me using the online form. Once we have agreed on your requirements, to secure your booking a 25% deposit of your chosen package will be payable.

How will my photos be DELIVERED?

I will send your photos to you via a Pixieset gallery.

How long Will I have access to my gallery?

You will have one year from the date of delivery to download the photos. If you would like a longer window to download the photos, please let me know.

Do I own the Copyright of the Photos/Images taken During the Shoot?

No, the copyright is owned by Thomas Neri (Desneri Photography).

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is included for weddings within Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire & Central London. Additional costs may be required for accommodation for early starts.

I would like to print my photos but what if the quality drops or the print goes wrong?

I offer professional prints of the photos I take, and can also frame them for you. Please note that I cannot guarantee print quality if done by a third party.

What can I use my photos for?

You can use them for personal use, including: sharing with family/friends; social media uploads such as posts/reels/profile picture; and for your business website/social media. But the photos provided cannot be used for commercial purposes or competition submission without my written consent.

Can I ask for more photos?

Yes, depending on the shoot and how many photos I take, I will select the best ones to send onto you. However, I find there are always a few great ones left over that go into storage. If you would like to see and order additional photos from the shoot, let me know and we will sort out details. Please note, that there will be a small fee due to time spent selecting and editing the extra ones in storage.

What if I don’t like how the photos are edited?

If you do not like the edited photos (too bright/dark, incorrect tone/feel) let me know and we will resolve the issue. However, there will be fee due to time spent.

What happens if I lose or delete my photos?

Please feel free to let me know if you lose or accidentally delete your photos. I backup my photos and will happily send your lost photos onto you. If it happens repeatedly, I would advise a more secure storage solution.
